Decagon publishes no prices and bills per conversation by default; Vendr's data from two buyers puts the median contract at $432,750 a year, with none below $100,000 a year.
Intercom Fin pricing in 2026: the outcome price, the base and the seats
Fin bills per outcome and publishes the price: $0.99 an outcome, plus either a $49 monthly base that includes 50 outcomes on another helpdesk, or Intercom seats at $29 a seat a month on annual billing and $39 on monthly billing.
Sierra AI pricing in 2026: the platform fee, the rate per resolution and setup
Sierra bills a platform fee plus a rate per resolution and publishes neither amount; other companies' blogs put them at about $150,000 a year and $1.00–$2.50 a resolution, and Sierra has confirmed neither.
